Throughout cycles, the pole star, galactic alignment, and magnetic properties shift. Generally speaking, the date is a cosmic marker of a shift in energies and awareness.
A New Age interpretation suggests Earth may undergo a physical or spiritual transformation. Scenarios include the end of the world, a rebirth, the end of time, the possibility of a collision with a passing planet (often referred to as "Nibiru"), a pole shift or an alignment to our black hole in the middle of our galazy.
